Canfield Township 2019 Comprehensive Land Use Plan

Canfield Township is taking on the task of developing a Comprehensive Land Use Plan to help guide the community into the future.

This slide show was presented on April 10th, 2019 at the first public forum held to discuss with residents and interested parties what a comprehensive plan is and what progress the planning committee has made thus far.

Ground has been broken on our newest project.  Windsor House at Canfield will be the newest skilled nursing community in the Mahoning Valley.  We are excited to serve the residents of Canfield and the surrounding community.  Windsor House at Canfield will provide skilled nursing and short term rehabilitation.  Many amenities will be provided including all private rooms, large physical therapy gym, concierge services, daily recreational and social activities, dinning services and much more.

First JEDD (Joint Economic Development District) formed in Mahoning County.  JEDD between Canfield City, Canfield Township & Windsor House.

Windsor House at Canfield will have 72 Private Rooms, with over 60,000 square feet nestled on 19 acres.

Windsor House at Canfield is estimated to create 72 jobs.
